How enrollment works

1
Company / driver info & payment — driver's legal name, license # and issuing state, company mailing address, and card or ACH.
2
Test authorization — ProCom emails an authorization form with the testing location.
3
Testing — the driver brings the printed/emailed authorization and a valid photo ID.
4
Results — negatives typically 1–2 business days; non-negatives go to confirmatory testing + MRO review (up to about a week).
5
Certificate of Enrollment — issued once a negative result is received (this is your DOT compliance proof).
6
Consortium enrollment — the driver is enrolled and becomes subject to quarterly random selections.
7
Pre-employment testing — available any time you need it.
8
FMCSA Clearinghouse — designate PROCOM (no LLC), 1805 Fortino Blvd, Pueblo, CO 81008 as your C/TPA at the Clearinghouse. This is the one step the carrier must complete; FMCSA help: 202-366-4000.

Ongoing: ProCom runs quarterly random selections. About 10 days before each quarter they request an updated roster, then notify you which drivers were selected.
